Dear ITK users,

I tried to apply the BinaryContourFilter in order to extract the binary coutour of a 3D binary image. But, the thickness wich I've got is more than one pixel.

Could you please provide me a solution for this issue ?

Kind regards,

Hi Abdelkhalek,

if you are looking at 2D intersections of 3D contours, they will appear
thicker than one pixel in some areas, but this is normal
<https://public.kitware.com/pipermail/community/2017-August/013448.html>.
If this is not your problem, then please better explain the problem (with
example images).

Also, we are transitioning to discourse <https://discourse.itk.org/>, so it
would be good if you posted future questions there.

Regards,
